I find myself making sprays quite often, and so i have come to make a tut on how you peasants can make one!
items needed: Gimp, A pic, and VTFEdit.
no difficulty seeing as it varies depending on the spray.
Step One) pick your picture and edit it with gimp, make any changes you want then re-size it to 256 by 256. save this as anything.
Step Two) your at a good start, but any spray used with what we have now will look horrible,IMPORT it into VTFEdit and select no level of detail, save this as a VTF.
Step Three) lets move that VTF file to somewhere we can find it once in game, like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\*your name*\your game\hl2mp\materials\VGUI\logos
Step Four) just start up your game and import then your good to go!
tip:gimp can be substituted with any photo-editing program, but it's free and has alot of options. VTFEdit is also free, just Google it.
