No you complete and utter pilloc that is your computer's MAC address and is not accessible by anyone other than your internet service provider. Your IP is reset every single time you log onto the internet, even my mother knows that and she is an ex applemac user.

Not easy to do, as I said it resets, they would have to ban the entire local IP tree and subnet to be able to ensure he can’t log on again.

Well preid would no longer be able to access Runescape's webpage

Also not true, if you were to use a proxy you would be able to easily view the website and even play the game once you are banned.

Banning an IP adress is like your computer getting banned from the site, hitting a brick wall. The computer can not break through unless they unban the IP address, or he hacks the webpage by taking down it's shell.

Oh and you can never change your IP adress so once your banned from a
site, your banned.

Start -> run -> type cmd and then enter -> type ipconfig release then
enter -> type ipconfig renew

There you go, you have a new and different unique IP address, there are many
other ways of doing it too ¬_¬

you got shinigami from the wrong show cause shinigami in japanese translates to soul reaper which is most known in bleach then death note and then i heard theres one other but it would be a good class to be if we made one and once again my friend made a private server once to a different game it costs no money what so ever and to make it my friend told me that he copied files and then changed some of the data around and added his own items if your good with graphics and i was weapon creator since i had a little help from my dad i uploaded the files from his workplace and sent em to my friend and whats the result private server there it works we can make our own game now

well if you make it diferent from runescape to the point that they can not take us to cort or ban my ip i'm ok with it
