This case by majority vote says marwa is innocent and your abusing your position this time, Marwa should take her points back then we can lock this.

here's how I will put it:

Though I think that, in a proper judicial manner, Ahmed should have explained his accusation and the reason behind his self assigned punishment, and Marwa should have stood steadfast in her rejection and kept from doing the transaction, both parties consider the case closed. Because any institution can not meddle into private life (with exceptions of course) I would respect your decision and close this. Nonetheless, I would urge any future incident like this to be formally presented and defended, as it helps build a just tone in our great forum.
