A fellow civilian proposed to build a courthouse in the lands. I wholeheartedly agreed, as I believe the laws must take place. We told Ms.Admin to make the court. However she refused and demanded money in order to build it. I believe it is the Admin's duty to protect and carry out the laws. Hence this Admin is corrupt.
