thats what it tells you when you make a new account, unlike when the forum is set so the admin has to validate members, then it says something along the lines of the administrator must validate your account before you can use this forum. you should get an email telling you when you have been activated.

following the link it says

Your account has now been activated. Thank you for registering.

and finnaly i could post in every section with my new account infact the only restriction i could see was not being able to make new topics in "the new horizons times"
