Well, it certainly depends on you & how you wanna go after you graduate...like I said about the clinical pharmaceuticals thing is one way you can go (& it pays a lot btw) or you can open your own pharmacy (it pays even more )...& that would be money wise, as for the study itself, I think it's interesting & fun & I don't think you'll get bored ...for me I didn't see myself as a pharmacist cause I didn't see where I can go afterwards, unlike medicine I felt like I have so many options in so many fields of interest (& I'm totally talking about myself here)..so you gotta think it over & try to look at the bigger picture, like where you wanna proceed after that. see what I mean?
you're most welcome ...but the paying thing, it depends on where you live & work..cause here in Egypt, doctors are the worst payed category of workers!
@ Ahmed: 1st of all, if you wanna open a pharmacy isA, it takes long shifts & your presence as the pharmacist in charge is necessary, so the family time not usually that good ....2nd, as regarding the paying, that's why nearly every fresh med. graduate seeks jobs elsewhere outside the country (where they get paid may be 100 x what they would get here )
& that would be the 1 million $ question ...I really don't know, if it's up to me, no, I wanna work some place else but for sometime to get other degrees & more experience then I can get back to Egypt...but I don't think this is how it's gonna work for so many reasons (too long to mention )...but since Egypt's all I've got now, I'll try to do my best isA here hoping I can get to where I wanna be.
