Actually, a man's breasts are the exact same as a woman's except most females have larger breasts. Men still have mammory glands and all that would allow breast feeding if required. Other than those glands, breasts are basically just fat.

This section shall not apply to the breastfeeding of infants or to any person entertaining or performing in a play, exhibition, show or entertainment.
