Ever since I deleted the old Rule Forum and I put the original copy of the Rules that was written on October 17 2007 in a forum and I copied and pasted the rules in every other forum. So now that I am able to do Global Announcements I made the original copy of the rules Global, which means that the original copy with the date of October 17 2007 appears on every forum. I will now delete the copies that I made later.
