    well unless your skulled you keep 3 items, other than that it's good to keep an anti poison pot with you if you think you may run into anything poisonous and know your limitations, yo may be able to take on a monster 3X your level, but i am sure you cant train there (range excluded)

    When I was a member I died in that dungeon underneath lumbridge...grr...I lost rune armor twice! I hated that place sooo much!
