Count how many people gave you the same answer in a question. Keep that number (or write it down) next to everyone who gave you that answer. Then do it for the other 2 Qs. Add all those numbers. Then multiple it with their previous number. Do not add 1s at all. Only people who give a completely different answer from everyone else gets a 1 for that Q.
