Run every morning and night and lift weights also eat lots of meat!

Running will never build you muscle...maybe leg muscles but that too would take forever. And I was referring to upper body muscle.

Yes, I know that I should take lots of protein. But I was looking for exercises to do. (Besides lifting weights and push-ups)

Actually depending how you move your arms it does build mussels example, if you have them up with your hands closed and lined up with your ribs and move then left to right as you run it builds it up.

serious mussel building depends on your weight which is?
Because if your below the a certain weight you'll be hurting yourself and because your still at a growing age it can effect how tall you get.. i took a muscle building class in school before Very Happy

Nope. I'm not growing taller anymore. I have been 5'11 for about 2 years now..and tbh I think 5'11 is good. I don't care about become taller lol.

Now I am 130 lb.

Well get to at least 140 - 145, and not growing taller but it can make you shorter ...

I can't get shorter from working out...that's not scientifically accurate.
