Don't read for fun, basically don't do something you enjoying doing to a certain amount of time. Or take something you really like (love) and put it away forever or somewhere you know you can't get to it. Or do something you would never do and you know you will regret

the best punishment is admitting your wrong doings instead of hiding them, for hiding them will only let them fester.
