Abuse of the report system

I have just added a rule of abuse of the reporting system, as I have seen tons of reports from a member which I wont mention, and all that persons reports are just useless and spam, so could you please use the report button wisely and not abuse it thanks.

Its not but if you misspell a word or two it doesnt matter...eventhough if you do it on purpose then it does...

also most of the miss usesers are mems so why cant people like me who have used this forms alot report the members

i think the ppl who abuse the system should not be able to use it and the 1s that dont get to use it.also u can still tell which 1 is sam by looking at the birthdates and the 0 in there names.
