In the case of murder or rape its less of a morality thing as it is making sure they are unable to hurt anyone else.

they should start following lol ... seriously maybe only a few select countries (such as KSA) follow Shari'ah ... or maybe not

KSA doesn't follow sharia correctly.
Since when is a woman FORCED to wear hijab in Islam? She isn't. This isn't right Islam. "La ikraha fil deen" --> "No compulsion/forcing in religion".
