Look at this situation: If you are poor, you are hardly able to feed yourself in other words...and you see a dirt poor person...he/she has nothing at all...would you donate anything to them?

i would point them in the right direction to get help, but i dont know the person and giving them money could be dangerous for them. what if they have a ravaging cocaine addiction?

What if you are sure they are good, kind people?

I would give food and water if necessary, but not money.

if that person is in worse situation than the one i'm in, then yes... i will help out..
give them money if necessary...
