In two days, I shall be donating blood. This is the first time i am doing so and if anyone has any input on past events when they donated or have a useful tip please post them.

    Of course JJ.

Pried, you should have lots of drinks on hands (juice, water etc.) to drink after donating the blood.

They had a blood drive at my HS last year. I didn't donate though.

    What's you blood type?

Don't look while they are drawing it. I donated three times and once I made the mistake of looking and fainted. Its far worse if you see it so just turn away.
