PortalMy dad just downloaded Gimp 2.4.2 and now when I load it keeps popping up querying for new Plug-ins and then windows says that every single plug-in, one-by-one, has stopped working and that a problem caused it to stop working. Now I don't know how to open it at all

fix your plug-ins first
and maybe even try searching for a virus

go to "my controls" then "my programs" then click "plug-ins"

Well, GIMP works if I go through the entire thing but it still has complications.

oh.....well go to the place where you show all your firewalls,virus software, etc. and look for your plug-ins
