Creepy Crawlers!

ok so a few hours ago i was out running so i stop to tie my shoe and i put down my water bottle when i picked it back up to drink from it a lizard was on it .. i let out the highest pitch squeal and ran .. i mean i jetted off to my house! lol i hate just HATE lizards and frogs! ughh they make me crazy
