But is she a Pakistani women? It really has nothing to do with wearing a burka or even being Muslim. There are a lot of country's that still treat their women like 2nd class citizens.

all the Pakistani women i know are fine... if they ain't complainin.. i don't see a reason to complain for them, no?

This Pakistani woman was buried up to her waste and then stoned to death because she was caught talking to a man that was not in her family.

As you can see that is an old picture. Are we talking about current times or the past?

And for the record, Islam never said to do that.

i know white women who get beaten real badly... and i ain't saying white women are treated like 2nd class citizens..

In the Koran it says that it's okay to kill non Muslims even is it's your daughter.

True, but I never said anything about race. American women get beat up by husbands, boyfriends, fathers and strangers... but, they go to jail! America doesn't stone it's women to death because we talk to men who are not in our family.

The only time that Islam said to stone anyone are adulteress (Esp. if one or both are married)...most Muslim countries don't even of that. They just put them in jail or something.

If they were stoned for a different reason, then it isn't because of Islam.

That didn't have a whole lot to do with how women are treat like 2nd class citizens in some parts of the world.

That verse was for your article that showed the man wanting to kill his daughter for converting. She is free to do w/e she wants.

Islam didn't say that women be treated as 2nd class citizens. In fact, it said they are treated as equals. So don't blame it on Islam. Instead, if they are being treated like 2nd class citizens, blame it on the people. Women were treated like 2nd class citizens in the West for centuries...don't forget that.

Once again I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT ISLAM.

I'm talking about women being treated like 2nd class citizens in places like Pakistan... not about the Koran or burkas or Muslims.

We don't live in the medieval times. This is a globalized world. Of course they know. How about the Pakistanis that live outside Pakistan? How about TV? How about the news? Newspapers?
