If you had the option between saving the person that you loved the most in this world...or saving the whole of humanity...what would be your choice?

I, although dedicated to whomever i put my trust with, am a rational thinker and i know the cost. I would also never love anyone so selfish to place them self above the entirety of humanity.

Heres how I think:
Save your love, you can easily repopulate the human species, but will be alone with your wife for a long time.
Save humanity, you don't have to do anything to repopulate the Earth, get a sad feeling for your loved one but considered a hero by many.
I might go with saving humanity.
