Same, I would only try it with a 1 year gf or something and witha condom on, I wouldnt do it before that time or not with a gf, unless is the hottest chick I ever dreamed about.

Well, I think the law is there for a good reason (it's 16+ in the UK). Although, I believe that you should only have sex when you are both ready, and when it's with the right person.

There is no law of sex in the U.S. but i think that everyone should know they love the othe person or be married before they have sex. Now the touchie touchie feelie feelie stuff is a diferent story.

That has never once been recorded, as the Reproductive System couldn't have fully developed. That is the only bodily system you are not born with.

I know a few people who have had sex at 13 or 14. I do not think it is good to do this as there are people who are fully developed and make others pregnant. I think that you should be married and 23+.
