Ahmed you can go to the happiness place in the world and still not be happy if really depends on you and if you allow that happiness in..

happiness is personal. I suggest you just try to experience more things until you find something that really makes you happy.

Steve that sounds true from a philosophical point of view. But I did look inside myself. It's not me. I try my best to be happy but it just isn't enough. -__-

well the write those things down and anything else that you think of, spend 5 or 10 minutes on it.

then look at them, what is your next step to fix that problem, saving money to go to Egypt next year for example or coming up with something to take your mind off your heart break.

most people have long and happy relationships. personally i think how you leave eachother is less important than the time you spend together. weeks/months/years of happiness do not go away because you are no longer married to your partner.

Ok Steve:

1-Heartbreak: It's unfixable...it's a 2 way thing, it's not just up to me...only solution I find is to forget it. Not a very happy solution as you can see. I tried to come up with something to take my mind off the heartbreak, but in vain...any help?

2-Egypt: Only solution is to wait a year and a half...happy...no?

3-Adventurer: Sure...in my 30s ....very happy, right?

I disagree. Thinking about the good times just causes you more pain since you know you can't repeat those times

getting over your heartbreak would be fixing it. You cant live with the kind of pain you are talking about. why not try putting more distance between you two, or try starting a new hobby or join a club.

egypt... there is no point crying over spilt milk. Can you gaurentee that you will go next year, and if you cant then work on that.

how about you start planning your adventure, its all very well and good saying you will do it when your 30 but you need to know where you want to go

^^^Sometimes that's very hard to do. I am in clubs at school...it doesn't help much.
