but im curious about fasting now, how do you guys find it?

i actually really enjoy it..
its
1. healthier
2. good way to diet
3. u don't get too hungry (jews fast for 24 hrs straight )

i do want to re-arrange my eating habbits but i like snacking, i think thats healthy if you dont snack on junk

i want to have the biggest meal of the day for breakfast, then go down from there.

i heard thats the best way to eat.

well technically when fasting u do eat the biggest meal for breakfast... but breakfast is around 4:00AM

i could do that... well maybe a little later.

i like having big meal for breakfast, i allways loose weight when i do that

yeah i think this is the first episode. it is funny

they are just mocking how odd some news stories are.

so far they have locked 3 people in a house without any contact (thankfully we saw none of that) and then they got told 3 news stories, 2 of them are made up and they have to decide what the real ones are.

i have to take my test again, i failed first time because i messed up the emergency stop and the parking between cars.

but i had practiced with cars then when they wanted me to do it all they had were these posts to park between. it messed up my whole method.
