or write them a letter/call them explaining why you can't and hope they listen to you, it worked for my mom(she had a good excuse, she's not fluent enough in english to serve on jury so yea...)
and against Islam? seriously? wow...I hope you didn't get that from islamqa.com...IMO they're just a few levels away from extremists...they're interpretation of islam is way too goddam strict.
