Nope, thats the real kind of Arabic.
Rik3a is like peoples handwriting, kind of like cursive. When they write fast thats how it looks. For ex. the sheens aren't dotted the seens ar just a straight line etc.etc. Tust me ITS CONFUSING!

Ugh lucky!
I tried learning it over the summer, my cuz wrote me a pragraph and told me to read it and I was like "howa dah 3raby aslan? Inta shaklak bitista3batny" LOOOOOOL....seriously, I felt sooooooo stupid!!!!!!!!!
