    I got my 10th volleyball tournaments and i nervous...you'd think i have been in so many i have gotten over my fear but..nope!
    i have to get up at 4:00am and start a 3 hour drive out to some other school...I AM FREAKING OUT!
    what are some tips to help me stay clam!?

    dont think about it, fifi ull do fine. i was gonna join the volleyball team this yr but i missed the summer practices. anyways GOOD LUCK u can do it. go kcik some a5s lol

    i've been captain on varsity for 5 years..and normally you can only be in for 1 season...i've been kicking A5s!!!

    hahaha but there taller and its going to be easier for them to block..but i love my coach she tries to make us get into fights with the other team before the game to get our blood pumping and get us angry to play more harsh and this is the face we make at them.. Mad

    Fifi, what hes trying to say is think of it as a game...that way if you lose it won't be too dissapointing. Afterall, it is a game and it should be played for pleasure...............no scratch that LOL........this is a competition, but still think of it as a game.
