    ehm ehm so alsayedah Aicha radiyah allahu 3anha said to the prophet Mohammed PBUH that she needed a servent to help her with da house work, the prophet PBUH said to say "bismillah la 2ewatu illa bellah" and she won't need help no more..
    its a dua...
    bismillah.... in the name of allah SWT
    la 2ewatu illa bellha..... no streangth comes except from allah SWT... or something allong em lines
