    dancing is an area i wish i knew less about, but what i know doesn't apply here so... Does free style just mean you do whatever comes naturally?

    Yep, all made up on the spot. No choreographing. I have heard the song before, just don't have patience to choreograph, and freestyle generally looks less structured and less boring to do.
