What dragons can I fight and make a good profit from at level 74?

Also, what armor should I use? Right now I have proselyte but that's not exactly good.

well the weakest dragons are the green ones but that's not a good idea at 71, why dont you try slayer task or pest control. Pest control is 850$ per game and free exp so it's a quick and easy way to train to a higher level and make cash.

I can kill a green dragon with nor even one lobster...

Level 75 now.

Fight Green Dragons.

Kill dragons and sell bones (and maybe leather).

Wield a whip and rune armor is good...

Currently I'm using proselyte armor and a dragon dagger (p++)

I can't use a whip yet. I'm only level 61 attack.

Get Dragon longsword.

scimitar is sick if you combine it with the ddp++

I saw a guy with 1 defence, 1 prayer, 1 magic, 1 ranged that finished monkey madness.
