Calling Jews a race is racism. It's a religion. Not a race. That's like saying "Atheists are a race!"

Its not racism if you say Jews are a race because my history teacher said that. However I do agree that it is a religion...Russian, middle eastern, Spanish Jews...

My language arts teacher said that math sucks. Does that mean it's true. (just countering your point about your history teacher)

That's pretty stupid Pried. People somenetimes need to distinguish groups of people. There is no point in hiding the fact that there are groups of people.

but an African American would literally mean a citizen of an African country and an American country, in other words an immigrant so the only way to correctly identify there group would be American. (and note i am pure white but i can understand that discrimination is wrong but a part of life

Saying that a black person is black isn't racist, it isn't discrimination. It's just stating a fact that they're black. Calling a white person white isn't racist either.

Judaism is a "religion" that has race as its cornerstone ... there are sects of Judaism (reformed I think?) that don't even require you to practice and view Judaism more as a race/ethnicity than an actual religion ...

The term "Jew" is derived from the ancient name of the kingdom south of Israel called Judah for all the those who follow the Mosaic Law became synonymous with that region. It's basically a mixture of Talmudic teachings and Mosaic laws that produce an average Jew's belief whether the Israelite race is superior or eaqual to all of humanity (only then would race matter). It's only that the first believers in the Torah were Israelites .
All we can conclude that it's a religion.

Firstly, Jews are a religious group...it may comromise of various races, as the Russians, etc.
