this thread is a podcast club (like a book club) Just say which podcasts you like, post a link and then we can talk about them here.

Every week I listen to the noobtoob modcast, its a high quality gaming podcast and is certainly worth checking out if you like games.

I think you should explain to everyone what a pod cast is...some people *coughHassancough* won't probably know what a podcast is

well ok, a podcast is like an internet radio show you download and listen to whenever, apple came up with the name podcast after the ipod came out but they are also called webcasts sometimes.

What exactly is said in the podcast?

well the noobtoob modcast i mentioned in the first post is a show made up of many parts, they start with a section called "what you guys been playing" where the 3 hosts talk about and review the games they played in the last week.
(This week its UFC Undisputed, Team Fortress 2, Little Big Planet, Lode Runner, Zen Pinball, Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2, Infamous Demo and Too Human)
After that they have a VS section where 2 of the hosts fight to se who can remember the most random trivia in a category set by the third host, This week in gaming comes next when they talk about what big things happened historically (in gaming) on that date and then they finish off with reading and answering questions from the listeners.

They really do a high quality show and worth listening to even if you cant hear it all in one sitting

Do they speak about all consoles and PC games?

2 of the 3 hosts have all the consoles and the other one has a 360 and wii, and they play pc games too, did you play empire total war? they covered that in episodes 60 and 61

yeah i was on that about 2 hours ago, i have just started playing it on insane and we got to level 2 before he went to sleep. But lets stay on topic, do you listen to any podcasts fang?

If you mean anything at all, then I listen to one called Radiolab. It's very interesting.

It's about various interesting things in science. The subjects vary from black holes in outer space to interesting finds in landfills.

I am downloading an episode of it now, my idea for this thread was we could share the podcasts we like listening to and also discuss the latest episodes so when im done listening to this one i will post my thoughts about it.

I just listen to radiolab by getting it on iTunes.
