By dead zone I mean that the second row on the iPhone (Look at iTouch, see the 2nd row of icons...that row) its dead as in not sensitive...if you put your finger on it, it doesn't respond.
is it clean, the iphones touch screen detects heat so anything stopping that from getting through could be causing your dead zone, if that isn't the problem go get it repaired... should still be under warrenty
Yes I read about it. It has to do with it losing the connection with the other screen cells due to a cut in the heat that combined them. Suggested heatign the screen at 160 degrees F as it should re-connect the screen...but he later said it won't work all the time.
It is under warraty. But I no longer have AT&T service...when I called they said it need so have phone service so they could give me a new one.
although undercover does sound useful i think the problem ahmed is having is he cant use about a quarter of his screen, that has got to make getting apps hard.
