The technical difficulties with the Reputation and points systems are finally over.



When you see a good postor a post that you liked, you may wish to incraese that person's reputation. Reputations increase by 1 point.
If you saw a post that you did not liked, and you wish to decresase a person's reputation, it decerases by 1.

To increase or decerase a reputation click on the "+" or "-" sign on the right side of any post other than yours.



You should see a red or green bar once you vote a reputation.



As more people vote a reputation for the post you will notice that the box will change and show an average of all the "+"s and "-"s (Put your cursor over the bar to see how many people voted, and what percentage of the votes were "+"s

You should see the reputation number under "Number of Posts"



If you choose negative it will look like this:



And the persons reputation will go back by 1.

Note: Your reputation may be negative, if you get a negative while at 0.

The "Thanks" button is part of the reputation system. You may use that button only once in any topic. Its purpose is, if you find a great post, that helped you a lot or so, you may use it on a person's post. You may find it near the "Multi-quote" button. When you click the Thanks button for a person, the person gets 3 "+"s.

NOTE: I have made the thanks button worth +6 when done on the debate forum.

Points are used to get prizes and other things, such as name changes, new ranks etc. I will write the rewards list soon.

You get a point a day, ever since you joined the forum. You get a point for each friend you have. You also get a point for every reply you make. You get 3 points for each subject you make.

You should see the points above reputation.

NOTE: I disabled the reputation system and point system in the Made-Up forum and in the team forums.

Well could you take a picture? They should be on the right side...like in the picture.

you cannot see the + and - next to your own post, Theory,, if that's what you mean

Weird...I would suggest to try it on IE and see if it shows up...if it doesn't Ill try and fix it.

I'd recommend fixing it anyway....as IE is **** and I never use it....

Besides, doesn't show up on IE either.

Well Theory...I'll notify the Forumotion team of the problem...hopefully they'll be able to solve it.

Well, I can see the + and - now....but no "Thanks"

Well that's good...maybe you'll see that too after a little while....

I think pried means it to stay even though it has been used already. I think, preid, that's a bad idea

i mean that when you click the + or - it goes off the page you are on and you cant read the rest of the post
