You do the seige items once your start seiging (when you reach their settlement ).

Hassan sorry to tell you thsi but you need to subtract the army upkeep for all your army members when you end your turn...so you need to look at the site I gave...

JJ name it something and this turn you could only seige it...next turn you attack.
Also subtract the army upkeep from your budget please.

Alright, so 3 spear militia cost 125*3=375
2 Peasant Archers: 100*2=200
1 peasant: 90
a body guard: 55
so the total is 720. Subtract that from 10,000 and I have 9280 left. Do I need to pay the Prince?

Yeah, that is known as the "King's purse" the amount of money that you get when you start a turn...I will mention that...and to make it easier for all we will add 500 florins to each settlement you catch.
