Hey, sorry I havent been on in ages but as some of you would have heard, its another blazing summer in Australia.
There are currently 46 major fires, 8 out of control. These aren't house fires these are city fires. 108 dead, thousands of homes completely flattened. Most shows have been cancelled and replaced by 24/7 news programs for constant updates. It is probably the worst year we have had, though we get these yearly.
For me I wake up and turn on the lights and say hello to my family and put on some clean clothes and get ready for school, but for others they have lost their homes, thier families, thier jobs, they now live n the shelters where red cross are setting up all sorts of things. But the worst is not knowing wether your realatives are alive. The country looks like a war zone. It has just now been declared the worst ever.
All our boys left yesterday after church, off to fight the fires, we know not if they'll all return.
Prayers would be great no matter your religon.

Yes, I saw this on the news. People were crying...it was sad .

I am really sorry to hear about these fires. I also hope that the heat will go away soon!

Thats horrible. I hope your friends fighting the fires and other relatives stay unharmed. Hopefully, some rain will come.
