I have started the Egyptian Campaign.
To win (I'm playing the short campaign, in Medium mode) I must eliminate the other (and only) 2 Muslim factions, the Turks and the Moors and then capture 15 regions.
I started with the citties of Alexandria, Cairo and Gaza.
I moved my armies to Jeursalem (Next to Gaza) and captured it.
I made my Imam call a Jihad (The Muslim-verison of to call a crusade in the game) on Russia's capital.
No Muslim faction joined and it failed.
Next I moved north to Acre (In lebanon) and captured it (This was an easy battle).
I then moved my army to the city of Dongola (In modern-day Sudan) and I captured it...was a very easy battle.
I started sending my diplomat to the Moors in the Algeria and Morroco region to become allies (I thinks it's better to take out one faction at a time)
At this time the Pope iin Europe called a crusade to capture my city of Jeursalem.
France joined the crusade, so I called another Jihad on Paris (France's capital), to hopefully stop the French from completing their crusade.
The Moors joined the Jihad and went to France.
Later the Turks joined the Jihad and went to Paris.
Then Hungary joined the Crusade to get Jeursalem.
The Moors conquered Paris, and is now under their control. (The Jihad was successful)
I moved my army while all this was happening to Jedda (In modern-day Saudia Arabia) and It was a tough battle but I conquered it.
I moved my army to Jerusalem to protect it from the crusaders, if they come.
I found a Hungray and French crusade armies there. The Hungray crusdae army siged Jerusalem so I battled them...and I lost , eventhough I had killed 73% of their army and they killed only 54% of my army-they had a bigger army.
Therefore, their crusade was successful.
That's it for today
