    You don't need a professional. As long as you can make the effect, you can put it in Windows Movie maker.

    For example, if I had her right at the ground, what you would do is make the effect go real fast in like gimp as a .gif and add that at the time.

    Takes some practice but manageable

    crop her out when she spins and create 2 seperate animations. One with her spinning and one with the ice breaking with the audiance in the back, then put one and the other together o.O I know how its done it will just take ages.
