No, this is a complete invasion of privacy. If you have an STD then its your privacy and not the rest of Americas. It would just cause a segregation throughout America just like it used to be Whites and Blacks. People with STD's would not get hired, they'd be treated disgustingly and would be made fun of every single time they place their foot on the road.

Well there's no time limit....but if you ruin the mood, it's gone. Still I can't just take someones word for it, I'd like to see some kind of medical thing that says they don't have any.

People with STD I guess should be labeled only when they are going to get married, so the other person coudl know.

Yea, that would work. I mean really, even if I loved someone and we were gonna do it and they said they didn't have any.....would still not do them. Most STDs don't have any visible symptoms on woman anyway.

I think "touching" covers that ...

I know, but STD people are always die due to other disease. So, STD may not transmitted thru kissing and touching, but it is possible that you can catch some other disease from them too. So, it's always save to do so.

You can get herpes from kissing

cold sore = herpes

I think it comes down to personal responsibility. I think that once a doctor has discovered his/her patient has STD they should explain, in detail, the full consequences of any mistaken step. I am pretty sure it is already done, but I think the full picture is not presented. It lacks the proper propaganda and awareness.
