I did change the grpahics of the game to the low detail (You can't go lower)
Theory: My computer (Lpatop) is actually pretty good it is:
Intel Centrino Duo with Core 2 Duo processor
2G RAM
So I guess the problem is the graphics card...correct?

Try deleting unnecessary items in the task manager, try updating your graphics drive/media accelerator, other than that I don't know

You could always upgrade teh card, like I know some games don't work if you have the wrong kind.
