I found out the answer. And to those who don't know, you can only use the skin set default by the admininstrator (Prince of Egypt), and I think the co-admin might be able to do it to (flame).

Actually I really made it to ask on how to get a new skin. I got my answer, and closed it. Makes sense to me. And what Minolta asked was the same question as mine, I answered both of our questions, canceling out the meaning of the topic, leaving it a place that will eventually generate spam. Oh well, you're the boss.
