Does anyone here play base ball or foot ball and it they do do you go to weight training? cuz i have to everyday and its crazy if you tell me what u do ill tell u what i do
today we did uper back with lat pull downs and such

Rest and eat a lot afterwards and in between workouts

I really don't work out for sports, I'm just good at'em ...

Joe, I do not play either of the sport that much, but I do know that building your cardiovascular strength is really important.

lol haha funny.. im good too but this makes me better so i can run without problems and throw faster and farther

Baseball and Football are 2 totally different sports to train for.

Baseball I know you want less weight more reps and football more weight less reps.
