    Only Mods and Admins can. Warning levels are given out when a member is constantly breaking the rules. 8 warnings equal a simple ban Wink

    Oh! That's what you meant, even though I usually say say "Ask in the Help Forum" Ill answer this time Smile ....just go to "User Profiles" and make a "Personal Profile" then pick "Bar" ...then just fill it out Wink
