I'm wondering what the difference is between a moderator, a retired moderator and a co-adminastrator is.

    Permission Amount

    Mod: Specific Mod-Only Commands

Retired: Was once mod, but now regular user

Co-Admin: Some Administrative abilities, but not all.

Co-Admin-Vice President (power to access admin panel)
    Mod-Police (mod powers)
Retired-Vice President or Police that retired (just a status)

    I hope that helped.
And this doesn't belong here :S:
