Eat a lot until you are fat, and then exercise a lot to get taller. It worked for me.

Actually, yes, I am tall. I am 5'10 (The average of my age is 5'7 I think)...all I know is that I am over-tall....

but seriously, exercise does not make you tall. Growth hormones do, and the glands that produce them are not activated by exercise

The way athelete do it is to drink sports drink, they give you enugh junk to give you energy for anything then if you dont use the energy (and it is really hard to use it all) you gain weight.
That or go to thee gym. Muscle mass.

Eat more than you should, and because you are fasting, eat things with a bunch of calories. 3500 calories is one pound so make sure to try and be lazy now

I am not fasting because of surgery (Ill be fasting the days around Feburary)

The only thing that can slow metabolism is time (years of time). Don't worry, your not the only one. I'm 6 feet 4 inches and 160ish pounds.

Well you don't really have much of a problem. You could lose weight via excersise and a healthy diet. I CAN'T gain weight! However I do remember when I was in Egypt a while back I did gain weight . I guess I am cursed in the US....
