I started reading Harry Potter when I was 6 years old (8 years ago). Ever since, I have loved the series. They seemed to be the only books I could really get into, apart from a few select others. I own all seven books, and have read them all too many times to count. The seventh book is my favourite, only just. I love all the books in a slightly different way. I think they get better and better as the series goes on though.

I also own the five films. I love the films, but they're of course nowhere near as good as the books in my opinion.

As you all probably know the first two films were directed by Christopher Columbus. I think he is my favourite director of Harry Potter, although David Yates comes pretty close (he directed films 5 & 6). Christopher Columbus' films just seemed to have this unexplainable magical mood about them. However, the films naturally get darker as the series goes on anyway, so perhaps it isn't all to do with the director. I can't really pick a favourite film.

I can't wait until the film of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince comes out! The trailer looks good.

I also have the six video games of Harry Potter (I must sound like such a fanatic ). I have completed most of them.

There are six Harry Potter video games out at the moment. There's the main five, and then there's Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup. It's pretty fun.

The fourth game is my least favourite as you can't do that at all.
