    Grades Empty Grades

Post by Craig Sun Oct 14, 2012 1:06 pm

Not sure if this is the right section but whatever.

So this passed summer I told my mother that I'd be getting straight A's for the rest of my school career. But, this was on my interim report:
    Grades Whyy10

I'm failing that class because the teacher won't let any of us take our class folders home. That folder includes all the notes, classwork and tests already taken. The content isn't really that new to me, I just can't give the book definition in which she wants.
So without anything to study with and the incapability to have a website to look over it's practically impossible for me to pass.

Here are my individual assignment grades:
    Grades Blank10

The empty slots are due to me being called to my staff center/counselor office to talk about the classes I'm taken. Which isn't right because my teacher isn't allowing me to make the assignments up.

So that's the only grade below a high B that I have to allow.

    wat do?

Take some focus out of English and throw it into business.

Write what you need most from the folder onto a piece of paper and take it home. If the teacher doesn't allow that, then don't let the teacher know about it.

The teacher doesn't allow it and has hawk eyes on us. If I carry anything more than my folder and pencil to my desk/table then she'll comment on it and perhaps tell us to put it away. I'll try that and post the results either way.

Your teacher is a complete piece of crap. A teacher's job is to help the students pass the class, nothing more, nothing less... By taking away study materials, she's basically failing her job IMO... I don't expect this to get anywhere, but talk with your principal if you have to.

The teacher has worked at my school so long that the principals would be like "maybe it's just a problem with yourself"... in different context of course.

    Ohh! Great job Craig.

Pick up your business quiz grades and you're solid.

Even better. Get good SAT grades and you'll be solid for Columbia.

Apparently my PSAT (sophomore year) I scored incredibly higher than anyone I talked to.

And a big better than my friends who are taking college classes.
