Should this kid go free? Empty Should this kid go free?

An 11 year old kid got a get out of jail free card since he was being bullied.

He stabbed his bully to death.

Should he be roaming free, or just living that free life or be put to justice?

Depends on whether or not he used excessive violence, and what the bully did to him IMO.

If the bully was being a total douche day after day after being told to stop, and the kid brought a swift end to him, then all he was doing was taking the initiative and dealing with his problem. Police action or whatever is unnecessary.

But if he stabbed the crap out of the bully for petty reasons and let the bully go through extensive suffering, then he should be put in prison. It all depends on what both of them did prior to the killing. Either way, he gets props for not committing suicide like many bullied kids do.

    I read the thing wrong.
The kid stabbed the bully 11 times.

I heard that he was bullied daily for like 4 years and the kid finally cracked.

He was mentally unstable and that should be taken into account.

Years of relentless bullying do that to your psych Ace, also 11 stabs isn't just something an angry person would do. An angry person would stab them once or twice, get scared, then run away. Someone who stays and stabs another 11 times, it's someone with a kind of underlying problem.

I took bullying for two years in 7th and 8th before I cracked and punched the dude in the nose... You gotta have a real tough mind to take it for four years. It's possible he had a puny knife, and he had to stab the kid many times to do any real damage.

But yeah, I guess he probably is a little psycho.

    But he walked out clean.
No consulting, no therapy, just as if nothing happened.

Because you get a proud feeling when you end a problem that's been bothering you for a long time.

Not saying this kid should get jailed, but his parents should at least get fined.

Two wrongs don't make a right.
