did this last year, got a B for the unit and forgot everything....
emm all i can rememba is that if u got a light wave with similar wave length to the gaps in the slit, u get a diffraction pattern. The pattern has a bright central fringe n u got alternating light and dark bands. The narrower the slits the wider the diffraction pattern.... comprende?
There was more stuff i can't rememba.... some dumb diagram and a dumb equation.....
i bet an engineer can do this no problem.
