I am drinking Snapple (Peach tea...tastes good BTW). The fact is "The average human dream lasts for 2-3 seconds." How is that possible when I feel my dreams are long?

you sleep for hours...but you have to wake up in order to realize it's a dream. So, the second you wake and realize what you see is a dream, that dream gone too. So, I think that's very reasonable

no in sleep you actually spend alot of time in deep sleep where the body truly rest, there are 5 phases of sleep and you spend the least amount of time dreaming. and the 2 sec thing i dont believe.

No. I don't wake up and I remember some dreams. Not all and not vividly, I sometimes lose details.Actually you do need to wake up. You just remember the dreams that you woke up in the middle of.
