Are you related to anyone famous?

I am related to Abbas (the uncle of the Prophet of Islam), from my fathers side. Abbas was the emperor of the Muslim empire which stretched across from Spain to India.

So how about you?

My great great great grandfather was the president of cuba in the 1890s he use to be on the 10 dollar bill there. (on my dads side )

I wouldn't really call it famous, but my Grandfather on my dad's side was a Five Star WW2 Bomber Pilot for the Canadians.

Yeah, I'm a Syed. We have the family tree back in Pakistan.

I come from the lineage of the 6th Shia Imam, Imam Jaffar-as-Sadiq. His great great grandfather was Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) the cousin of the Prophet (sa)

My father told me and I checked in my family tree, also my last name is Al Abbas.

i have some things but there not to big. my granddad from my dads side worked with weapons of mass distrushon and he helped create some of the tech we use to have the internet today. my dad is one very inportant person in NY. he's a past pres. of the fire fighters assosiashon of new york. he has a picture and discripshon of the event that got him there in the fire fighters museam.
